A Project Completed

A year or so ago I started a cross-stitch project that I really liked but with time restrictions (work) I had to put it away for a while.  Earlier this year I got it out again and finished it.

 

It was so fun to do that I started the matching project.

 

These were both done on very fine linen; meaning they are both very small pictures.

 

I had them framed in matching gold, embossed and antiqued frames

especially made for them.

 

I entered them in the 2013 Eastern Idaho State Fair

and they both won blue ribbons.

 

I gave them both to Margie for Christmas this year.
