Idaho or Bust!

We were on our way early the next morning, June 17th, and we were making good time.  (Maybe a little too good according to one not so sweet police lady- Oh well, live and learn, right?)  Regardess, in a rather slower fashion we made our way down through central Washington and into Pendleton where we stopped for a bite to eat.  The kids were perfect the whole way!!  Sometimes they slept, sometimes they colored, sometimes they watched movies on the DVD player and they were perfect.  (This is my story and I can tell it the way I want.)
By the we got to Ontario we had thought of several things we'd forgotten so we stopped at the WalMart there and picked those items up along with a few "just for fun" things.  We also got ice cream comes - just for fun.
We traded off driving throughout the day and finally made it to Idaho Falls just in time for some quick dinner and beds.  It didn't take long for everyone to fall fast asleep that night.

We enjoyed our time around the house by...
 ... playing with the toys
... eating!

We found the safety gate,

... got surprises

that buzz,

... watched movies in Granma's cozy chair,

... ate dinners together,

... crawled around the floors,

... soaked in the hot tub,

... ate ice creams on the front porch,

... did the laundry and hung out the clothes on the clothesline,

... played on the tramp,

... ate the remote,

...swung in the swing.

And of course, we went shopping.
Gwenevere got her first "cowgirl" boots.

After shopping we went to the zoo.

and finished out day out at Reed's Dairy with HUGE ice cream cones.
So fun!!  Can I just say, I love it when the kids and grandkids come to play.
These are some of my most favorites times.
