For my birthday this year I got roses from Dan and a trip to Tacoma for Gracie Ligaya's blessing. Gracie was born on Dan's and my anniversary and blessed on my birthday. (Last year Taylor was also born on our anniversary and blessed on my birthday.) I decided this was a tradition I'll like to keep every year. Of course, that's not up to me, but still it's been fun.
